Automobiles have become an important part of everyday life in our current era, leading the production of them to be a necessary thing, and in this case, production of them in Africa. There are many suitable locations that would lead to a successful business in places throughout the country, however there are a few locations that would be advised as most beneficial and others that should be avoided. The countries that are ranked include South Africa, Algeria and Swaziland which are ranked by their access to natural resources, the level of conflict within the country and their access to transportation, in order to provide the country that would be most successful to the corporation. As stated above, iron ore is needed to be able to produce one of the metals used in cars, iron, and carbon with iron is needed to produce steel. Algeria has manners of getting both of these with iron ore and natural gases as their resources, offering a great supplier of natural reserve. In past years, Algeria has encountered quite a bit of conflict and violence resulting in over 100,000 deaths due to indiscriminate massacres of villagers by extremists. Most recently they are encountering a shortage of housing, unreliable electrical and water supplies, government inefficiencies and corruption, the continuing activities of extremist militants, and occasional violent socioeconomic demonstrations by disparate groups. These issues they are facing would put the company at risk and may result in future issues making this location not ideal. The final factor is transportation which will assist in success of any business. The transport methods here include 157 runways for airway travel 3,973 kilometers of railway, 113,655 kilometers of roadway and 17 ports for waterway travel. Although Algeria may have a decent set of transportation methods, there are much less runways, railways, and roadways than South Africa, making it a less ideal location. Moreover, because of its great access to resources, trouble within the country, and decent transport methods, Algeria is an okay place for the corporation but not an excellent one nor the best
