The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) had implemented the “Thai-ASEAN Student Exchange Programme” from 2012-2014 to prepare Thai student to be ready for the establishment of ASEAN Community 2015.
Evaluation Purpose
The impact evaluation will be conducted to examine whether the Thai-ASEAN Student Exchange Programme’s outcomes have been achieved and to analyse the impacts of the programme on the students who were selected to participate in the programme as well as their home universities. The findings of the evaluation can be used to make a decision whether OHEC should implement this programme again or adopt it in other scholarship programmes.
