At last he looked over to Nancy and a big smile broke out across his face, "We meet again my little mouse. You put on some weight." He said.

Nancy gave the best look of hate and disgust that she could manage back towards him and showed no other reaction as she fought with her thoughts of just killing him.

"Quiet Vogt. We've got a lot to talk about you and I," Jack said.

Vogt turned back to him, "And who might you be? Aside from the person who rudely interrupted my night?"

Suddenly a cat hissed and jumped towards Jack from the bed, momentarily startled, the arrival of the cat next to him made him take his eyes off of Vogt.
Like lightning Vogt pulled a knife from under his shirt and threw it towards Jack's chest.

Having recovered quickly Jack spun sideways and dove away from the knife, down onto the floor. He lifted his pistol up as he went down and fired at Vogt

"Or Madam Andrée as I was then," Nancy corrected him and smiled as her thoughts flashed back to some of the faces from her past.

Trudeau nodded, "Madam Andrée. You, up in the mountains and down in the forests with several thousand proud Frenchmen. Can you honestly say nothing happened... Romantically?"

Nancy seemed slightly taken aback. She looked over at Trudeau and rolled her eyes, "Well that's a stupid fucking question," she said
