This opportunity can be seen as a probationary or evaluation period for those who would like to join the Carmelite Monks. Since this idea can potentially increase personnel and assuming that the new and current bean roasters would be operational, keeping up with demand and issues with packaging can be discarded as potential issues. Most important, the process would be performed without compromising or interfering with any of the monks’ daily schedule.
3. Look or investors. While the coffee business might seem to be overloaded, why not look for investors to exploit the idea of Mystic Monk Coffee. Bringing investors into the equation allows for a different market segment than that of mostly Catholics. I would suggest the creation of a Board that will help determine the best direction for the company to take in order to maximize returns for investors.
While my suggestions could potentially help increase profits, Carmelite Monks might not be opened up to the idea of bringing in outsiders into their daily life and operations. Even though they have contact with the outside world, their interaction seems to be very limited at that is something to
