An evaluation of the scores of current, and past students is important in finding out where current students are lacking. The principle will work with the SBE asking for suggestions on programs the school could use to get scores up, while the teachers on team work on researching curriculum on the passing schools in the district, and evaluating the curriculum already in place to see where it is week. The principle will use an assessment task in collecting information to later use as a curriculum change (University, 2015), and professional development options.
