Only the drug is sushi and sushi turns out to be human flesh. With a payment plan of $5000 per run, Peter needs to do a total of a dozen runs for Jimmy to get Anna even with the house again. The sushi runs end up taking Peter to funeral homes and such places where newly deceased bodies are kept. Where people who have access to these bodies and a willingness to make a few extra bucks skims off pieces of the bodies to sell to Southside Jimmy. Eventually, Southside Jimmy pushes Peter too far when he sends Peter on a run to Chicago where he discovers that Jimmy is hiring gangbangers to murder and then process the human remains so as to keep Jimmy’s supply of flesh healthy. Peter in his wanting to help Anna confronts her about her addiction. She in turn, laments him for butting into her business and runs off to then confront Southside Jimmy. Catching up with Anna, Peter finds her at the gathering that night holding a gun to Southside Jimmy and telling him just what he can do with his flesh and the money she owes him. Ultimately the gun goes off and one of Jimmy’s crew takes a bullet between the eyes forcing Anna to now run from Jimmy’s
