This includes planning to work with law enforcement in order to set rules in place to become stricter on the practice of sex work. Education will be emphasized to this population as research shows higher transmission rates to their clients. Another part of the plan is to reach out to available grants in order to gain funding to come up with resources, specifically condoms and educational pamphlets. By being able to retrieve and distribute resources to those who report lack of accessibility of getting condoms it can serve as a tool to decrease transmission rates. Educational pamphlets will be provided as a resource to people and will be created for low literacy levels to adapt to the educational level of all. Efforts will be made to provide testing to all of those interested as access to testing. Lastly, the plan will include creating a support group for HIV positive individuals in order to be an outlet to discuss the hardships of not only the disease but discrimination due to having the disease. This effort will serve to increase the reporting likelihood of the disease and aid in transmission of HIV. This systematic approach allowed me to collect my research, assess the research, plan and implement the project and lastly evaluate the implementation. I found that the supporting evidence served strongly in order to collectively come up with a solution to the problem. I hope to promote these healthy behaviors while in Honduras and stress the importance of the knowledge of the transmission route of HIV. Without knowledge of how the disease spreads it leaves the public at an increased risk. With this plan in place, I hope to have seen effective changes in not only the behaviors of the people but to see a decrease in the prevalence in the long
