We will start with Clayoquot Wilderness Resort as they have significant strengths including, being the only 5 star tent resort on Vancouver Island, with unique luxurious outdoor experiences. They also take pride in the environment and have special programs to educate their guests and still ensure they are having an amazing experience. Weaknesses for Clayoquot Wilderness Resort could include, seasonality, as the colder or rainy season might not make this resort as appealing and if so locals may not consider prices, as they are significantly expensive. Strengths for the Four Seasons in Whistler include, being a well established and highly desired hotel to stay at, over the last 30 years. The Four Seasons has really established a name for them, and ensures guests their stay and experience will be excellent. They not only provide accommodation but spa treatments, amazing facilities, fine dining and packaged deals. Weaknesses for the Four Seasons located in Whistler can definitely be the weather during the high peak season, as guests are coming to enjoy the mountains activities and relying on snow to be on the mountains. If snow isn’t on the mountains, this may stop potential guests to come to resort and further promotions may need to take place to entourage guests to stay at the hotel, by doing this a risk can take place and sales may
