The white racial frame- a system of belief that legitimizes and normalizes the white dominance and privilege; society has produced in the language of ‘riots’, black pathology, thugs and criminals that are commonly used to describe the uprisings in communities (Devega 9). Most media are reluctant to acknowledge how the angry and violent response by Baltimore 's adolescence against the illegitimate cruel and repeated acts of police brutality in their communities. The justice brought upon these fatal shootings are not in favor of the victims, but in fact keep the truth hidden from the public. Until the justice system can exhibit that it holds all persons, black and white, police or civilian equally accountable for their actions; if not, we won 't be able to go beyond reality. ‘Separate but Equal’ is no longer the law of the land, for too many people, it is still a fact of life (Weingarten 1). Deeper questions have centered about class inequality as racism is moved from the dominant media frame and replaced by tired, trite and profoundly unsophisticated claims that the protests were caused by the absence of their black fathers. A study showed that young black males are 21% more likely to be shot than their white male counterparts, this study was done by the university of North Carolina (“America’s Racial Amnesia 4). Where race isn 't judged or stereotyped in a vast world. Some of the greatest minds in the world set forth where “man should not be judged by the color of his skin, but the content of his character”, Martin Luther King Jr. wrote, a man that saw an equal opportunity for the masses. There hasn 't been a true answer to race, but for all those who question it, are directed to what they see and hear on the media, which depicts the wrong answer. Though stepping back is one of the options, our society has taken a chance to step forward and to seek a path towards the end of racial division in America. ‘This is the new era of
