Recreated into today’s pub in 1978, the Downtowner sits on the location of the Maxwell Arcade which was destroyed during the 1926 hurricane. Situated on River Drive, near the Andrews Avenue Bridge, the saloon is the perfect location to watch the lighted boat and yacht parade.
