Deep within the ruined base of Alrudin. The keep was on the edge of Lordaeron. It had served as an old Alliance of Lordaeron well, but orcs had nearly wiped it out. Most of the buildings were nearly intact, a watch tower looked ready to collapse. It seemed abandoned and forgotten. Rumors were that anyone who went into this base rarely emerged.
Cladriah Felweaver and a group of his trusted troops were at the gates.. The Fae comprised of Magi, warlocks and some trusted soldiers were following him. They had reached the gate, and had dealt with several Forsaken Patrols. Now, night was upon them.
Cladriah turned back to Archmage Raoul, Gavin the Malefic, and Commander Jonathan Mathews. Commander Mathews was a trusted ally and friend. He was loyal

Going alone seems suicidal, Cladriah. It’s inadvisable and not only-” Raoul chastised, but was interrupted by Gavin.
“The High Summoner may be wrong by not bringing us. But, I am sure he has a plan. He has demons to aid-” Gavin tried to defend but was cut off by Raoul.
“If you are referring to his succubus, I doubt sh-” Raoul tried to scold Gavin, but small burst of sound silenced

“If I have your attention, Archmage, and Malefic Gavin. I have heard the tales, and the mad raving of the survivors. Something twisted and malevolent is indeed inside there. Restoring this base will be a good staging ground, and gift to the King.” Cladriah cleared his throat and continued. “Most survivors said they split into groups, which got picked off. Going in alone will focus their attacks on me, which I am well prepared for.”
“How are you prepared?” Criticized Raoul who wore a stern look. “You will just make things harder for yourself and this impossible. Remember, Stormwind is very wary of you, due to what happened in Gilneas.”
“I am well aware of the mistrust, but I am here to show my generosity. I have mental wards and shadow wards ready. We are in Forsaken territory. If the Forsaken attacks, I need you to kill them. Getting forced into the keep by the Forsaken is the last thing we need. If there isn’t anything else?” Cladriah informed them. Mathews and Gavin seemed reassured, and even Raoul couldn’t argue the need for a good defense. Raoul spoke. “Don’t take long, find the source and destroy it.”
