Restoring this base will be a good staging ground, and gift to the King.” Cladriah cleared his throat and continued. “Most survivors said they split into groups, which got picked off. Going in alone will focus their attacks on me, which I am well prepared for.”
“How are you prepared?” Criticized Raoul who wore a stern look. “You will just make things harder for yourself and this impossible. Remember, Stormwind is very wary of you, due to what happened in Gilneas.”
“I am well aware of the mistrust, but I am here to show my generosity. I have mental wards and shadow wards ready. We are in Forsaken territory. If the Forsaken attacks, I need you to kill them. Getting forced into the keep by the Forsaken is the last thing we need. If there isn’t anything else?” Cladriah informed them. Mathews and Gavin seemed reassured, and even Raoul couldn’t argue the need for a good defense. Raoul spoke. “Don’t take long, find the source and destroy it.”
