The Similarities And Differences Of Beowulf And Mulan

Heroes are unique and different in their own ways. A hero will go the path they think is right and follow their mind. Some heroes have a tragic ending and others have a happy ending. For example, Beowulf from “Beowulf” was on a quest and was strong physically but had a tragic death. Mulan the main character from Disney movie “Mulan” on the other hand had a different quest than Beowulf 's and was strong mentally. Both heroes were honored at the end for doing what they thought were right. Beowulf and Mulan are brave and unique because of the ways they both did there quest differently.

He was a big creature and was stronger than any other human-being. He never liked using weapons unless he really needed to. His arm strength was as strong as thirty men punches. Beowulf killed two creatures by himself but with help of an assistance he defeated the dragon. Beowulf was not like any other he was persistence due to his strengths. He was able to rip Grendel’s claw off without any hesitation. On the other hand, Mulan was strong mentally. She was a young chinese lady that felt that her duty was to go to war. She had beautiful long black hair and she cut it off so she look like a boy. Mulan was a tough girl to be able to make through training for war. Courage was her biggest strength of all because she was able to defeat a massive army of huns with one cannon. Also to go back knowing she was not welcome because she was a girl again. To be able to go against chinese traditions so she could go do what she thought was right takes massive mind strength. In her time period not everyday a girl would do what she did for her dad and her beliefs. Beowulf and Mulan were indeed two different types of strong heroic
