In the survey by Huffington Post, 13% of people said that they did not know what a healthy meal consists of. For some people the only information about what they should or should not be eating comes from a fast food ad on television. Through education I believe that it is possible to give people a better understanding of what a healthy meal is, and in doing so, lead to more people making smart choices on what they eat.
