This initiative would be brought up during the 2016 Global Education & Skills Forum. During this forum educational leaders from all over the world gather together for educational seminars & to explore the responsibility of Public Education. My policy consist of many different phases. My first phase is to get all educational leaders to buy into it & secondly get politicians on board with this initiative. Being that Project Globalization of FAPE P-12 could be very expensive I ventured out to world renowned financial accountants and consultants to help cover the financial aspect of the policy. As in the USA some of the expenses would come from businesses as a tax write off and from government funding. A portion of the funding would also come from the private sector. Furthermore citizens that meet a certain economic quota would have the option of using FAPE P-12 as a tax write off, so instead of paying for Preschool they’re children could attend free & also they would have an opportunity to invest into the initiative without additional expenses. Globalization of FAPE P-12 would be a worldwide initiative even in underdeveloped countries. Although funding may be limited due to the initiative being worldwide teachers from all over the globe would be able to be properly trained at one of our 7 training centers across the globes. There are many top organizations competing to figure out how could this issue be resolved, while being the most economic at the same time. If early childhood education is at the forefront of every country the cycle of poverty can be broken. If parents were properly educated their selves they would raise children that would one day become adults and in return they would capable of educating their child on their own, however all adults once were children. Furthermore, if we want to see a change in the direction our world is going into we need to invest in future by educating our children & bridging the educational gap.
