They are innovative and people want to buy their products because it is usually the “next best thing”. Those who oversee Apple have a vision, and always want to share their vision. Their goal is to always strive to have the best product out on the market. The engineers and scientists can follow their words and become inspired, which then leads to the visions of the products becoming reality. It is pretty easy to explain why people are on a basketball team; they want to play basketball. The reason I played, I wanted to be successful, and I also wanted my teammates to be successful. It could have been very easy to just go out and play, but I wanted to have a purpose when playing. At practices, I would give my all even though it was hard. I pushed my other teammates to give their all as well. I was able to inspire them by sharing my goals and they quickly became our goals. Having a negative mentality was very short lived if it ever showed up on our team. After a few missed shots in a drill, it is easy to bring yourself down and start to believe you are terrible. However, with some encouragement from other teammates, it is easy to pick yourself up and get back on track.
