The Handmaid's Tale Gender Pay Analysis

Would you be mad if someone got paid more for doing the same job with the same effort as you? Well that how today society is at the moment. Females has every right to be mad at men that gender pay has a huge margin of difference. But not only is it about pay there is so many things that’s not the same. But one thing that should be respectfully the same is how we treat each other. In the eyes of a male we think female as an object instead of a human. In the book of the “The Handmaids tale” females are only considered as a maid who should be at home cleaning, and cooking like maids. Females were also considered as “reproductive vessels” that not what women are actually good at. Some men will force thier wife to be a “stay at home wife” and take care of thier child and make them be like a maid. We need more women in other careers too like famale mechanics, or female astronaut. Not only male but we need male cosmetologist or things that would be a female career.
Females are the most one that get attacked for being a female for example: women being resigned for being pregnant, or not hiring pregnant females etc. in school it the same descimination for young females. Teenage girls are being suspended for being “distractive” because of what they are wearing it could distract boys. In some cases girls are not allowed to even show their shoulder because it could distract boys in learning.
In conclusion todays society has not changed since the women movement in 1881 till today. Women deal with alot of discrimination. But not only women men do to. Gender equality is the most awfull way to be dicriminated. That why we should make our voices heard and respect each other as the way we want to be
