The Gross Family has endured so much in just short of one year. Jon, the father, was in a terrible accident about a year ago that left his family with great financial and emotional burden. Now this family has lost Jon, their father, spouse, and son.
About two weeks ago, Jon went to the ER due to tremendous weight loss and feeling fatigued. He found out that he had cysts on his pancreas, and would require surgery to remove them. However, Jon was too weak to have the needed surgery, but after receiving nutrition via IV he was able to gain enough strength to sustain the operation.
