I was outside taking Covo for another walk, to find when I came back everybody was getting ready for a hike in the hills. So I quickly changed into some hiking shoes and shorts, and then we were off to the hills. Everybody went for the hike, including my Grandparents. We hiked for about three hours until the trail ended, and then headed back to my Uncle 's house. We had some lunch at a park, and my parents were busy catching up on talk with my Grandparents, Aunt, and two Uncles. Meanwhile, when they were talking, all of us snuck off to a playground nearby, and had a great time playing with our two other cousins from California. We stayed there for around an hour or two, then headed back to the house to make dinner. My Grandpa made his famous St. Louis ribs, my mom made her German potato salad, and my Aunt went to the grocery store for chips and popsicles. After that wonderful dinner, we got the family picture (my memorable object). Our family was in the middle of the picture, my Grandparents and Uncle were at the right, and my Aunt, Uncle, and two Cousins were at the left of the picture. One of my Uncle 's friends was over for the dinner that day, so she took the picture of us on my Uncle 's deck. The picture is important, because it helps bring back the fun memories we had in Colorado with our family. After the picture, we sat around and talked until it got darker, then it was time to say goodbye to my Aunt, Uncle, and two Cousins. It was hard, but we had to eventually do it. After they left, we all went to bed. I remember laying there, thinking that it would be a very long time before I saw my Aunt, Uncle, and two Cousins again, and my assumptions were right, because I still haven’t seen them since that trip from
