Hospitality and Tourism is one of the biggest departments in every tourist places around the world. It is really critical that one place have a strong hospitality department so that it cannot only serve its stakeholders accordingly but also reach its organizations goals. The Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) serves passengers in the largest airport in Canada which is Pearson International Airport located in north east Mississauga which is also roughly North West of Toronto. The GTAA first established the airport in 1937 where 47 years later in 1984 it was then officially renamed after Canada’s 14th Prime Minister; Lester B. Pearson. Moreover in 1996, GTAA officially took over management, operation, and control of the airport.
