The Great White Threats

The Great White faces many threats in its life which affect its existence drastically. The threats they face are, recreational and commercial fishing, a recent increase in sea transportation, pollution in sea water and the construction of sea resorts along the coats where the Great Whites live. The Great White is a very valuable marine creature as it body parts are frozen and to be traded as food items. Not only this but the cartilage of the shark and its liver oil have high medicinal value which becomes the cause of illegal trade if the sharks body parts.
