I believe that Nicholas Tredell work in “Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby” is valid because he is a well-known writer who has published his work in many scholarly books and because it was retrieved form the Stafford Library. The source is relevant due to the fact that it provides deep analysis on Fitzgerald’s novel themes which will help me to work on the topics for my essay. One of the main topics on my essay is going to be about love and romanticism on The Great Gatsby, Tredell mentions that “Romanticism in Gatsby is not just a matter of style: it is a central theme of the novel” (34)
