The Great Gatsby, an American style novel, was written by F, Scott Fitzgerald. When I see the name of the novel, I didn’t think it’s a romance novel or anything related to love. However, after reading it, I find out that this story is about thwarted love on the surface. And to me, I feel like this kind of crazy love works well in The Great Gatsby. What makes Gatsby a successful and unique character is his motivation, to reclaim Daisy, which is not about a millionaire being nice and romantic to win Daisy back.
