King Arthur good leader?

Is King Arthur a good king? King Arthur and His Knights of the Round Table. King Arthur is a good king because he doesn't rank his knights by wealth, he also treats everyone equal, he is also chivalrous.

King Arthur Knights of the round table are not ranked by wealth. This is so the least wealth ones are not left out. That is why he created the round table so everyone has an equal spot at the table. No one is at the head of the table no one is in the middle of the table.

Sit down all of you, for at the round table no man may complain that he is set at the lowest end, or that another is place above him… But of the high honour of the Table you shall hear before long.(p. 48)
