There is a total of 15 gods within Zeus 's family. At first he and just his brothers were to rule all, but Zeus decided on many other jurisdictions. Hera was the first known Earth goddess of fertility of crops and animals. She marries brother Zeus and becomes goddess of marriage and marital fidelity. She is unmarried and protects the hearth and sacred fire. No myths are known of her and she never leaves her place
