Each citizen or immediate family is assigned to land with a house and depending on the money they earn they can decorate, renovate their land while staying within the parameters of their land. This legislation will require towns to be demographically diversified by assigning people/families to households so that each neighborhood has at least four ethnicities represented in them. If a homeowner would like to relocate to a new house, they must fill out a legal form that states the reason that they would like to move. The acceptable reasoning for wanting to relocate to a different neighborhood includes needing better access to public transportation due to a physical disability or the distance to their job.
