The goal of my ACO(Muslihi) is to provide better healthcare with minimal costs for all people in Jazan - Saudi Arabia.

*I have chosen this goal to include all people and develop the network, through being flexible to be associated with physicians’ goals and people needs. Therefore, this goal would involve all people either patients or not in our market, and it would attract physicians to sign contracts with my network.

The ACO (Muslihi) would provide better health through including preventive care services in my plans, such as immunization, screening and yet consulting. Also, the network would ensure that people have the right plan to keep them healthy. Finally, they would make sure that the costs are reduced effectively, through costs sharing and keeping

The technologies, used in ACO(Muslihi), have significant impact on IHI Triple Aim goals: (1)Experience of Care, (2)Health of a Population, and (3)Per Capita Cost.

Experience of Care
The healthcare services can be provides without having any risk due to gathering the required medical information. A good example of this is that patients, nowadays, can upload or transfer their condition histories and medical records before visiting doctors. Thus, the care is provided safely.

Per Capita Cost
These technologies always cut the expenses and prevent the wasted recourses, through avoiding duplications, replace workers, prevent errors, unnecessary visits, etc.
Health of a Population patients would satisfy about delivering healthcare services while stay practicing their activities, and then they could receive medical treatments and pick up medications from the nearest pharmacy, through using the

    The first one is that it is highly imperative to be fully aware of and we meet the requirements put in place by the C.M.S to form an ACO.
