4.2 The outcomes of the Go!planet matrix
As explained in Chapter 3 of this report, the Sustainable Business Value Matrix, of Go!Planet has been used in order to relate sustainability dynamics to business success within ABC Banking Corporation Ltd. The above table explores the relationship between nine sustainability factors and eight business success factors and the results are illustrated through colour coding in the above matrix.

In all its endeavors, ABC Banking complies with the rules and regulations of the BoM. For example, having Complaints forms in the bank and on the website, sending Notices to the BoM prior to the publication of the Annual Report in local newspapers. Moreover, all CSR activities of ABC Banking Corporation Ltd are publicly explained and exposed on its website, same information is available on ABC Group’s website as well as in the Annual Reports. This has a strong impact on the shareholder value because shareholders know that their investment is safe and that ABC Banking Corporation Ltd is a viable company.

ABC Banking Corporation Ltd is committed towards environmental, social and economic improvements. For example, it contributes to the welfare of the society through sponsorships other than its CSR budget and it also provides services that seek to improve the living standards of its customers. However, to date, there are no ratings available with regards to the SD performance of ABC Banking Corporation as to the TBL.
