The Givers In Today's Society

Take a look at societies today is it worth living in? Or does it need a second chance a safety net if you will. Looking at the givers society they portrayed as a Utopian society. Everything was done in order and civilized, although the people were kept naive peace was able to be achieved amongst their society. From the time that there born, the people are trained and tested to see what their skills can do to attribute to their community. The society was set for achievements and success nothing less. Today's society should take note on The Givers society and eliminate people's choices. Eliminating and or limiting people's choices and thoughts really worth doing? The Giver society became a modeled society when the people of their civilization were limited to what they can know. Like a newborn the society was ignorant and naive, living the life they were instructed to live. The idea of limiting people's choices can bring success to today's societies. Today's pedestrians walk with fear, pain and worries through these streets. The feeling of not knowing if your going to survive another day. Eliminating those type of thoughts would bring people some type of relief into their canisius. …show more content…
