It shows how the sense of relfe on his face and it shows that he made it. THis is better than the book because you never know if they fail or if they do get there. The author doesn't really say what happens.I feel that it is better when you know so that you know that he reached his goal.I know that it is supposed to bother you and leaving you wanting to know but, it bothered so much to the point that I didn't like it and I Like it much better in the movie that you actually find out unlike the book. Also you see the house in the snow which you never see in the book. This is to represent that indeed that he did make it there and it does exist and that he did it.This is to symbolize that he had made it to elsewhere and that he has left the community. Also this doesn't happen at all in the movies. It is a total mystery whether he makes it or not .I believe that is is better when you do find out because let's be honest everyone is wanting jonas to succeed and in the movie you see that he did complete his journey but, in the book you never know and i personally believe it was better when we knew that jonas accomplished his

    1. The mood, atmosphere and feeling of the first page is that Jonas was frightened more than scared. This was because a plane flew over his community, and it is illegal to fly over his community. Another reason Jonas was scared was because he was the only one home in his family when the announcement was made. This must have been scary because this has never happened before to him and he didn’t know what was going on besides the fact that he saw the plane fly over his community.…

Although we have not finish watching the movie completely, as of now, I favor the book over the movie. I find many of the major aspects in the book lost within the movie. First of all, the movie is has no first person narrator. The main character still remains as McMurphy but the significance of Chief Bromden is lost. He is played out as a minor character in the movie.…

The book follows the story of a twelve year old boy named Jonas who lives in a dystopian world, in a place called ‘The Community’. I enjoyed reading this because there was a strong hidden message that carried on throughout the book. As a whole it was intriguing, but I found it slightly confusing because some details didn’t seem to have much of a connection to the overall story.…
