The Giver: Lois Lowry's Life

Just one of few Newberry Award winning books she wrote. Lois Lowry had a wonderful childhood, with a lot of moving, that influence here writing. Her books also have a unique style that was also was also influenced by her past. All the award winning books she wrote gave her a legacy as a creative and wonderful author. Then during the summer of 6th grade they moved to Tokyo, Japan. They later returned to New York, but then moved to Washington, D.C.
