Utopias cannot exist because they will have to have strict rules that no one will break, but that’s almost impossible for at least someone to not break the rule(s). But on the other hand, Utopias were and are a great idea, but they won’t very successful for a long time period due to having to have a perfect society where everyone is treated respectfully and equally.
