Evolution is the change in the heritable traits and genetic codes of biological populations over successive generations which can give rise to biological diversity. Generally, evolution also define as the process which modern organisms have descended from ancient ancestors and the process by which different kinds of living organism are believed to have developed from earlier forms during the history of the earth. The genetic differences that are heritable will passed on to their offspring or the next generations. The genetic differences or the changes on genes are modified through mechanisms such as mutation, gene flow, genetic drift, and natural selection. It stated that organisms change over time due to the changes in heritable behavioural traits. Those changes that allow an organism can have better adaptation to its environment will help it survive and produce more offspring. Darwin’s also stated that natural selection occur through an interaction between the environment and the variability inherent among the individual organisms making up a population. Evolution theory by natural selection is supported by evidence from a wide variety of scientific disciplines, including in the field of genetics and developmental biology. Over the centuries, human breeders have produced dramatic changes in domestic animal populations by selecting the desire individuals to breed. Breeders will eliminate those undesirable traits gradually over time. Therefore, the new breed individuals with the desired traits will not resemble with the ancestors.
