The sports and fitness industry has come a long way and will continue to grow in the next five years. We will see the gap between the manufacturer and the customer shrink to the benefit of both parties. Also, manufacturers will continue to capitalize on breakthroughs in data collection technologies in order to fulfill the demands of their data hungry customers. With these new analytical tools, we will continue to see more and more innovative solutions to problems that were previously unknown or undefinable.

Baseball, softball, and hockey, are excellent examples of asymmetrical sports. As an engineer, I am prepared to take on the additional manufacturing challenges that go along with designing more customized products. As an athlete, I know firsthand how deeply our customers value that performance advantage. This unique combination puts me in a position to affect serious change in this industry.
My engineering foundation combined with access to Easton’s high tech equipment enables me to reveal opportunities for innovation that no athlete is capable of noticing on their own.
