Major-oriented student organizations like KLRN should advance the development of the special skills necessary for the field of occupation associated with their major and an environment that positively induces the production of their member 's works. The first reason for the cause permeates from KLRN 's limited effort in instruction and skill building from its leadership roles. The second reason for the cause lies in the absence of a system that allows the members to enlist the help of other members or potential members interested in participating in a new project. This prevents the organization to produce finished works and limits the membership growth in the organization. Resume building with only limited opportunities for the members to produce their projects. The third reason for the cause is partially attributed to the leadership 's minimal trust in their members.
