The Great Depression was a very traumatic time in history. There were many people who struggled to survive. Also many people had difficult challenges to conquer financially. The four main reasons for the great depression was that the bank made very poor investments with people, and in the stock market. When the stock market crashed, people panicked to get their money back. With all of the people rushing to get their money, there was no money money to retrieve. When all of the money was gone it was hard to buy basic necessities. The farmers had used most of the nutrients out to the ground, make the dirt like sand.
