The Forgivness Of John Proctor In The Crucible By Arthur Miller

In the story The Crucible John Proctor asked for forgivness when he did something wrong. In the story John Proctor had an affair with Abigail Williams and Elizabeth ended up finding out about it. Elizabeth was mad and was holding a grudge against John because she was mad at him. To make up for it, John tries to beg for Elizabeths forgivness by saying he would buy her a cow. Elizabeth says no about that so he asked her if she wanted to take a walk through the fields. He always says he would get her flowers but she refuses. John did many things in The Crucible to try and beg for Elizabeths forgivness back. Those are some examples from the story on which he tried doing so.

Just like in the story The Crucible i also once asked to be frogiven
