In life, success is the pursuit of many individuals. Indeed, for many, success has become their major goals in their lives because success often brings rich rewards in the form of realization of dreams and desires. Unfortunately, not everybody achieves success; in fact, most of us don't. To avoid the frustration of failure, conventional wisdom has convinced us that we need a success formula--some kind of a blueprint for success in life.

Is there really a success formula? If life were so simple, there would not be the need for a formula for success. If there were really a success formula, then everybody would have become successful.

Many motivation speakers and inspirational writers have come up with their own ideas of how they have become successful in their respective endeavors. That is how people have come up with a formula for success. To illustrate, Jared F. Martinex in his book "The Forex Mindset" has put forward how he has become a successful forex trader as well as a worldwide leader in forex education. Undoubtedly, his input and insight are illuminating and enlightening. Success is nothing more than a perception of the mind. What is success to one may be failure to another. Success is very much personalized and individualized. This is especially true, according to the ancient wisdom of Tao.

Tao wisdom from ancient China has a different perspective of success in life. According to Tao, there is no success formula. Just take a look at Chapter One of Tao Te Ching below:

"The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao.
The name that can be named is not the eternal name.
As nameless, it is the origin of all things;
As named, it is the mother of only 10,000 things.
