The follow-up study also leaves one to be concerned as there were only twenty-six original subjects left after the twenty-five-year retest. This experiment would have been more accurate had the test subjects been re-tested during a shorter amount of time such as five or ten-year intervals. Dealing with such an elderly and diverse age group, re-testing during a shorter time frame allows more test subjects to potentially be alive for more accurate results.
