In the scene, “The Flash Training with Oliver Queen”, the secondary character, Oliver Queen, helps us learn about The Flash because irresponsible person. He usually doesn't take things seriously and he is not a time manager. According to the video, Oliver Queen says, “ When you approach a new environment, do you case every inch of it. You could... you have the time… but you don’t.” This quote shows that The Flash is an irresponsible person because Oliver queen is telling The Flash that he could look around the environment so it can be kept clean when he is battling. It is that The Flash is not doing that and the environment is becoming a mess. He has the time but he doesn't focus on the environment but he is focusing more on being a hero.
