The work is interdependent and team members share responsibility and hold themselves accountable for attaining the results. In terms of how the work should be presented, where the information should come from, who would be responsible for what. In a sense, it was just two individuals trying to figure out how to work together using their own methods and perspectives.
Norming
The third stage involved a more serious and more committed approach to task performance and objectives. During this stage decisions were made faster, cooperation was forthcoming from both sides, and help and feedback were easier to ask for.
Performing
The group completes the task at hand. This is when hard work leads, without friction, to the achievement of the team's goal. Our goal, in this case, was the completion of the paper assigned to us. It was completed on time and handed in with both parties putting equal input to the project. Before the completion of this phase, both members were interdependent, individuality differences were respected and work was getting done. In a sense more insightful, autonomous and competent.
Adjourning
This is the end and the dissolving of the group since the purpose of the group was projected oriented and therefore
