The Five Ideals Of The American Dream

America Still America still provides access to the American Dream, “to the poor, the tired, and the huddled masses.” American Dream developed in the US by the five ideals, which are, liberty, equality, rights, democracy, and opportunity. The American Dream currently functions in the US is a statement on freedom includes the opportunity for prosperity and success, and an upward social mobility for the family and the children. My personal definition of The American Dream is a statement that has been made by American from generation to generation, to be free and to experience the five ideals of the US. In this case, I agree with the statement, America still provides access to the American Dream, “to the poor, the tired, and the huddled masses”. The reason why my position is correct, because right now, my family and I are experiencing this. Last year, on July 28, 2014, my family and I came to America from Indonesia for the first time. Their hope to be successful bringing them to America. Their dreams for their family, children, and themselves, brought them to be a part of America. They go through a lot of challenges and problems. They have to leave their home back in their country, their beloved relatives, or neighborhood.
