The Five Factor Personality Test is a test composed of forty-one questions, the answers range from Very Inaccurate all the way up to Very Accurate. The Five Factors are: Extraversion (AKA Surgency), Agreeableness (AKA Friendliness), Conscientiousness (AKA Will or Dependability), Neuroticism, and Openness (AKA Culture or Intellect). The key to this test was to answer truthfully about myself in order to get a more accurate reading of where I fall in the five factors of personality. It was important to note that receiving a relatively high or low score was not a bad or good thing, the scores are simply generated from an overall sample of people. On the Extraversion section of my test I scored a twenty-four, which is relatively low. I agreed one hundred percent with these results. Instead of seeking out the company of other people I prefer to be alone and have my own time to myself, I am frequently labeled a loner by others and I am okay with this. Being around people for long periods of time is …show more content…
I find it hilarious that out of all the factors for this test this is the only one where my score was relatively high. However, I am extremely happy with my score, thrilled in fact. Being neurotic is not a bad thing at all, it simple explains my personality and who I am. I get stressed easily, reason being is that most little problems are not little to me, they are all the same in my eyes. I pick up on other’s emotions and in turn carry on their stress as well, this makes me even more anxious. So how could I be relaxed when I am a person with anxiety carrying everyone else’s anxiety on my shoulders as well? The answer is I cannot! This frequently gets me in trouble because I am a very temperamental person and at times very rigid. I can be laughing and having a good time until I am reminded of everything else I have to do that day and immediately my smile disappears and I begin to

Task 2 – The Big Five Factor Personal Assessment (Low, middle, High) Explanation of assessment Openness to experience Middle I am a person who is open to new experiences, curious about how things work around with lots of ideas flowing in however I prefer things to be straightforward and to settle difficult situations subtlety. An example would be to experience a new thrill such as rock climbing but I would be very cautious of the safety measures to be taken and would want it to be communicated to me before it begins. In my future career, I would be open to new ways of doing things but would be very critical in the way it is done. Conscientiousness High…

In order to study personality, psychologists devised a plan to qualitatively measure the traits that differentiate humans from one another. The Big Five Factor Model provides a concise measurement of five basic human qualities that most every person possesses. These qualities fluctuate throughout life and the quiz seeks to measure these changes throughout development. While the conclusions made based off this model are generalizations, it provides a clear view of how certain personality traits are affected by environment, age, gender, race, etc.…

The five factor theory is used to organize individual differences in personality. There are five personality traits and they are very different. The advantage to that is it is easier to describe people, but the disadvantage is that a person's personality can change depending on the situation that they are in. This theory is about what makes up a person's personality as opposed to what causes it. The Five-Factor Theory was discovered when psychologists used the lexical approach and applied it to personality.…

For the most part, the results of the Big Five personality test were similar to what I thought they would be and what other tests have said about my personality and included areas in which I desire to improve to become a better leader ("The Big Five Project - Personality Test"). I scored high in conscientious and neuroticism and low in agreeableness, extroversion, and openness to experience/intellect. Not surprising to me were the scores for conscientiousness and extroversion. The high score reflects that I continually strive to be organized, careful, and self-disciplined, and a key part of the work I do with high-risk students relies on my students being able to depend on me. The low score in extroversion is also consistent with the self-knowledge that I am an introvert and tend to be reserved and quiet.…

This evaluation was the first one that I have observed during the fieldwork experience. The client that I’ve observed the occupational therapist evaluate along with a physical therapist was a female client with expressive aphasia as a result of a left transient ischemic attack (TIA). During the evaluation, it was noted that the client had hemiparesis on their right side in her upper and lower extremities, more paresis on her extrinisic muscles than her intrinsic muscles. Throughout the evaluation, the client was cooperative, cognizant, alert, responsive, and exhibited no visual inattention or neglect. Surprisingly, the client did not exhibit any signs of expressive aphasia, though it was stated in her medical chart.…

Session three began on a bumpy surface. Abbey was reluctant to meet once again, I entered her room and she seemed unsettled or disoriented. We started the session and she expressed her lack of desire to have a session at that moment. Apart of me felt as if I was being brash on having the session in that specific moment, maybe I should have been more open to her opinions on meeting times. However, in the past, she has been resistant as I expressed in my first reflection to meet.…

Extraversion was the segment, which I scored the least on (7 out of 10). I fully agree with this being my weakest of the five sections, as I have the tendency to be a loner. I am a friendly individual; on the other hand I do not view myself as completely being sociable. I usually am quite person, until I am comfortable with the people around me and depending on the situation I am in. The negative aspect with reference to not being an extrovert is that it can hold me back from meeting new people, shy away from outing or new…

I was found to exhibit a moderate preference for extroversion over Introversion by 38% (Humanmetrics, Inc. , 2016). I found this result interesting because I personally feel like an introvert, but people are naturally drawn to me. My desire for solidarity is often outweighed by the benefit I perceive in my contributions to the issues I encounter in life; therefore, I chose not to just stand by – I engage! It is rare that I encounter a…
