INFJ personalities must live in an orderly, systematic environment to progress. We put a lot of effort into identifying the best system for getting things done. I am constantly defining and refining things in my life. INFJ personality are usually not on the corporate path. INFJ struggle to find the best career path that fits their personality. Like others with INFJ personality, I must be able to find meaning in my work. I love helping and connecting with people. The new manager was totally different from my former manager. I cannot get help, advice, or time from the new managers. As the presentation 5 states, “Leaders must care for and empower employees”. This concept was not going on with the new manager. My old manager was more of human manager and this new person is an organization manager. I began to hate my job. I cannot focus at work. I was not able to get the help I needed, yet I was reprimanded anyway. I started to think about my options. I always said I would never be a teacher. Yet, looking back on my Facebook posts, I kept writing that I should go into teaching. Finally, I had had enough of my current workplace, manager, supervisor, and coworkers. I was very negative at work, which is very far from my usual behavior and attitude. I decided to look into my options for teaching. I told the necessary steps to become certified and was hired. I quit my job and started my journey as a teacher. I am anxious, excited, and confused. Yet, looking into the personality tests, it stated I should be serving others because that makes me happy. I am ready to start this new journey. I feel as though God has given me a renewed attitude and I can fulfil my purpose of educating children and showing them that education is the key to being successful in
