The fitness world is expanding every day. From having a muscle bound body for the men, to a slim and trim curvy look for the ladies, but also having a plump firm rear-end. Everybody is on a continuous battle for achieving their ideal of a perfect body. In order to achieve such a task takes recognition, time, goals, and a strong mind. Just like when we were a children and we wanted to be like the famous actor, or a super model. Even as an adult, in fitness there is still that ideal person with the perfect body you want and wish you had, like for me it would be Kim Kardashian or Jennifer Lopez. According to the results, I am considered overweight, which I already knew. I could stand to lose some weight in my abdomen area. I gained this weight through childbirth and have not really taken any drastic measures to get rid of it. I am sick of hiding my belly under baggy tops. My stomach is my major problem area, although there are some other areas that could also be more toned. The modifications I can make for my health regarding getting a healthier BMI, would be to develop an exercise plan, such as one with circuit training, so that it builds lean muscles and improves aerobic fitness simultaneously, making this type of exercise the most effective fat-burning workout I can get. According to some trainers circuit training is needed because sit-ups or crunches alone would not help this problem area for me. If only I could stay focused and apply this into my daily life.
My results of my Hip-To-Waist Ratio, was 0.86. Now this I was not expecting. My results indicate that I am at high risk for probable health risks, such as obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease and high blood pressure. However I know in my heart that I would never allow myself to gain that much weight. The modifications I can make for my health regarding getting a healthier Waist-To-Hip Ratio, would to take better care and reduce my weight to a healthier level, eat nutritiously and exercise more.
