Specifically examined how community violence and peer victimizations increase the risk to violence to adolescents. Bronfenbrenner’s (1979) human ecology theory, also known as ecological system theory, underlies the influence of proximal processes, the person, and levels of environmental context. Bronfenbrenner’s theory views a child’s development as occurring within a system of relationships that shape his or her environment. Bronfenbrenner’s theory describes the ways in which complex layers of the environment interact, each having an effect upon a child’s development. In the case of migrant children and families often arrive to the United States with different and conflicting expectations and experiences in environmental levels. So, variety of stresses induced by cultural differences between their native and the receiving environment may be detrimental…

I am not sure of her exact organization pattern for the speech, but she used the class topic and focused on Pope Francis’ environmental plan. Her organization of her presentation aid and speech were easy to follow, and helped increase the persuasion on how Pope Francis’ plan could be helpful to the world.…

According to Bronfenbrenner's ecological models, development is affected by a number of systems within the environment with the child being the center. The model recognizes five ecological systems. They are the microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem and chronosystem (Boyd & Bee, 2012). These interactions with either will help or hurt the child’s development, which is why this model is important to understand. Microsystem implies the immediate environment of a person.…
