The movie Deadpool is based on one of marvel’s most unconventional anti-heros. Deadpool tells the story of a former special forces operative, Wade Wilson, who becomes a mercenary. After discovering that he is ill with cancer, Wade decides to take part in a rogue experiment hoping that he will be cured from his cancer. Unfortunately, the experiment had gone wrong, leaving Wade with accelerating healing powers. However his face was severely damaged in the process. In addition to his abilities and alter ego, Wade adopted the name Deadpool. Armed with weapons and his accelerated healing Wade Wilson makes it his number one priority to hunt down the men who nearly destroyed his life. Most of the test footage in the film was created with visual effects. The main character where a red and black costume throughout the movie, which represents dead pool as neither a villain nor a super hero. Moreover the film depicts the theme that one can change their way of life or characteristics when placed under difficult situations such as slowly dying from cancer. After the experiment occurred, Wade Wilson came out of that lab a completely distinct person. This meant that Wade had changed, and he now took his life more seriously considering that he almost died while being experimented on. He also helped others without making them pay a fee, which would be very unusual during his mercenary days because back then he never did anything for free. In conclusion Deadpool was a very good movie with developing characters throughout the movie. There were also great visual effects which made the movie extremely realistic.
