Lee who is the chief executive officer and vice president for BET. Beyonce who is successful in the music industry made a huge impact on women and little girls. Her song Run the world girls changed every man and woman 's perspective on all women. It gave women a positive outlook on them and gave them confidence to where they could do anything.
