Fault in the American Leadership Process A country that has always had a powerful reputation of strength and command of leadership in the world is the United States of America. A great example of purity and democracy within our world. America has always been a very strong country within the idea of leadership. But recently, have we really represented the process of leadership? Is America still known for this great example of greatness? It seems that Americans are realizing that leadership is not as it was before. According to the Pew Research Center, the general public’s frustration is towards the leaders within the government. Public opinion has more trust in workers then elected politicians by a difference of 67% to 16%. 40% of the surveyors stated that their anger towards the government is originated from elected officials and the political system.

The leader chooses their subordinate leader whom plays a key role in completing the process. The leader and their Subordinate must know each other's strengths and weaknesses to really make the process successful. All the members of the process are very important including the followers. The followers must abide by the rules that are passed down by the leader, as well as decision makers when it comes to who will lead. The evaluators on the other hand has great affect on on the process as they give their views on the members of the process. This can help or worsen the process depending on their views. All components of the leadership process has a key role in determining whether it succeeds or not. If not, the leader usually takes blame for it when usually it is another inner part of the
