The sentence right there written by Sarah Boxer basically explains the entire idea or claim of the article, “Why are All the Cartoon Mothers Dead?” In the article she is trying to figure out why in almost every single animated cartoon movies the mother figure is either missing, dead, or not even mentioned at all.
