Many, including some of the members of the Warren Commission itself, had doubts in the commission’s explanation of the assassination. Moreover, one fact that caused many Americans to doubt the authenticity of the Single Bullet Theory was that the bullet that the doctors took out from Governor Conally’s right wrist was intact. It maintained this condition even after several penetrations through both President Kennedy and Governor Connally.
